Shipping & Handling Policy

We take great care to ensure each artwork arrives safely and beautifully. Below you’ll find details about how we pack, ship, and handle your order.

Processing Times

  • Original Artwork (Canvas): Please allow 5–7 business days for careful packing and preparation before shipment. Each piece is hand-wrapped in archival materials and securely boxed.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Carriers & Delivery

  • We primarily ship via FedEx for reliable, insured delivery.

  • Standard shipping timelines vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Packaging

To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition:

  • Original canvas paintings are protected with archival glassine paper, corner protectors, and bubble wrap, then boxed or shipped in a fine art StrongBox® when appropriate.

  • All shipments are clearly labeled “Fragile” and/or “Do Not Bend.”

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and service level.

  • For original artwork, shipping and handling charges may vary.

  • Local pickup or delivery in Raleigh, NC is available by appointment at no charge.

Insurance & Liability

  • All original artworks are shipped fully insured for their purchase value.

  • Once your package is in transit, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We will assist you in filing any claims in the rare event of damage or loss.

International Shipping

  • We currently  do not ship internationally, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Original Artworks: All original artwork sales are final.
